The frameless sliding window from SOREG-glide features an attractive look thanks to the level threshold, which also creates a seamless transition from inside to outside.

The X and M series are the first frameless sliding window systems with a unique automatic threshold for complete ease of access.

While the track in standard sliding and lift-and-slide doors creates a slight elevation or recess between the inside and outside, the X series and M series are the world’s first completely barrier-free sliding window systems.

When the frameless window is opened, a mechanism in the threshold pushes the aluminium profile up high enough so that threshold profile is completely flush with the floor. You can stand firmly on the profile without it moving or being pressed down. When the vent is closed, it pushes the profile back down into its original position. The mechanism works without a drive or other additional dependencies and can be used in all floor plans.

The unit that lowers and raises the threshold in the threshold profile can be easily removed for cleaning and then reinserted and secured at the fixing points.
